What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do have standard pricing but in certain cases I am willing to price match.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once availability is confirmed, I send over an invoice via email. I ask that the invoice be paid at least 24 hours' in advance of the service. Paying your deposit and/or invoice is the only point at which your spot is 100% booked and locked in. 

First, I like to see pictures of the client as well as examples of their vision of the final look. From there I begin the makeup process. Once the look is complete, I ask the customer to take a look (maybe even snap a few pics) just to make sure that they love their look. If any changes need to be made I will do so.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing favors for friends and family. My sister and mom sat me down and told me that I needed to pursue my passion and start my business.
 

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have serviced customers for birthdays, weddings, Halloween, date night, graduation, baby showers, prom and more. My favorite customers are the ones who don't normally wear makeup and are stepping out of their comfort zone; they are always delightfully surprised. 

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a bridal party of 9. I did clean natural looks for everyone and a super glam look for the bride. We started at 7:30am and finished at 2:00pm (during this time we even switched venues). Everyone loved their looks. My assistant kept my time and assisted me with seamlessly moving from one client to the next. I did my oily girls last and they had no issue with the makeup lasting ALL evening.

For bridal services, I like to budget 30-45 minutes for the bridal part and 60 minutes for the bride. Male grooming (primer and powder only) take about 5 minutes. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise that the customer plan in advance and have an idea in mind of how they want their make up to look.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should take the opportunity to ask questions about their skin concerns.

Please note I do not offer same day booking for any services.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued. 

What is the exchange policy? 

Exchanges are not allowed at this time.  All sales are final. 

 

When is customer service available?

Customer service is available Mon-Sat 8a-7p EST. We are not available on holidays. Any other black out dates will be posted on our social media sites.
