AM Skin Care Routine 7/22

Happy Monday! I hope everyone's week is off to a great start. If are a DAY 1 and you have been following me since the beginning, then you know how important skin care is to me. I take my routines seriously and allow myself to splurge to test the best of the best products on the market as well as do my research to find affordable hidden jewels!

I am constantly getting compliments on the health of my skin as well as being asked for recommendations. So, I figured I would start to share what I am using and mini reviews as I take care of my skin throughout the day (AM/PM).

Here is this morning's line up:

I started with the Paris Hilton Pro DNA Dual-Action Cleansing Gel on my cleansing brush, Nova, from Spa Sciences gently washing my face for about 60 seconds. This cleanser smells so good! I am starting to run low and plan to re-up when I run out. The brush provides such a deep clean feeling - which I love especially after having worn makeup for a couple of days. There are three speeds to choose from. While it is gentle enough to use daily, I typically use every other day.

Next, I like to make sure all of my products can do what they need to do, so, to ensure that they are all able to penetrate my skin; I use a good toner. Today, I used the Vinopure from Claudalie. It smells very refreshing with a hint of mint. Application can be done with cotton or your hands; I usually reach for a cotton round. This one is price but I really love it - on the fence about repurchasing though, simply because of the price tag.

Serum is next up. Recently, I have been testing out the Pixi Vitamin-C Serum and love it. My skin feel hydrated and looks even as well as bright/radiant. It is very affordable and smells like candy! Honestly, I use a lot of serums interchangeably; I am still testing to see if this will become a staple. I have been following my serum with an eye cream lately (I switched from doing it on the last step). My favorite is the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Eye Cream; it is so hydrating! I do find that I have go back and tap over when I applied it or it will leave my skin too shiny. With the high price tag, I am still deciding if I am going to re-up when I run out. Luckily, there is so much product, I have a good while to decide.

Finally, I grabbed my newest addition, the Celery Green Cream from Volition, which just recently launched at Sephora. It smells amazing. I definitely love how light weight it is; it doesn't leave a sticky residue on the skin. ATL heat is humid so I love the formula of this cream because it hydrates AND locks it in. You don't feel like you are sweating as soon as you go outside.

Now you I did NOT skip my sunscreen even though it is not pictured! I lathered up in the Prismatic Luminizing Shield SPF 50! I love the shimmer that is has. It looks great under foundation and does not change the color of your skin (no ashy or purple look).

I hope you all enjoy these mini reviews! What are you currently using in your skin? Have you tried any of these? Let me know below in the comments.
